Prelude: Digital Hymnal (Fairest Lord Jesus, 3 verses)

Welcome

Scripture Readings: Psalm 34:1-3; 9:1-2

To God Be the Glory’

To God be the glory, great things He hath done;

so loved He the world that He gave us His Son.

Who yielded His life an atonement for sin

and opened the life gate that all may go in.

Praise the Lord, praise the Lord, let the earth hear His voice.

Praise the Lord, praise  the Lord,  let the people rejoice.

O come to the Father, through Jesus the Son

and give Him the glory, great things He hath done.

O perfect redemption, the purchase of blood

to every believer the promise of God.

The vilest offender who truly believes

that moment from Jesus a pardon receives.

Chorus

Great things He hath taught us, great things He hath done,

and great our rejoicing through Jesus the Son.

But purer and higher and greater will be

our wonder, our transport, when Jesus we see.

Chorus

Prayer

Scripture Readings: 1 Chronicles 16:10; 24

Women: Glory in His holy name; let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoice!

Men: Declare His glory among the nations, His marvelous works among all the peoples!

Great is the Lord’

Great is the Lord, He is holy and just

by His power we trust in His love.

Great is the Lord, He is faithful and true

by His mercy He proves He is love.

Great is the Lord and worthy of glory.

Great is the Lord and worthy of praise.

Great is the Lord, now lift up your voice, now lift up your voice.

Great…is the Lord, Great…is the Lord!

Great is the Lord, He is holy and just

by His power we trust in His love.

Great is the Lord,  He is faithful and true

by His mercy He proves He is love.

Chorus

Great are You Lord and worthy of glory.

Great are You Lord  and worthy of praise.

Great are you Lord, I lift up my voice, I lift up my voice.

Great….are You Lord,   Great…are You Lord !

Message: To God be the glory!’                       Text: 1 Samuel 2:1-10

1 And Hannah prayed and said, “My heart exults in the Lord; my horn is exalted in the Lord. My mouth derides my enemies, because I rejoice in Your salvation. 2 “There is none holy like the Lord: for there is none besides You; there is no rock like our God.

3 Talk no more so very proudly, let not arrogance come from your mouth; for the Lord is a God of knowledge, and by Him actions are weighed. 4 The bows of the mighty are broken, but the feeble bind on strength.

5 Those who were full have hired themselves out for bread, but those who were hungry have ceased to hunger. The barren has borne seven, but she who has many children is forlorn. 6 The Lord kills and brings to life; He brings down to Sheol and raises up. 7 The Lord makes poor and makes rich; He brings low and He exalts. 8 He raises up the poor from the dust; He lifts the needy from the ash heap to make them sit with princes and inherit a seat of honor. For the pillars of the earth are the Lord’s, and on them He has set the world. 9 He will guard the feet of His faithful ones, but the wicked shall be cut off in darkness, for not by might shall a man prevail. 10 The adversaries of the Lord shall be broken to pieces; against them He will thunder in heaven. The Lord will judge the ends of the earth; He will give strength to His king and exalt the horn of His anointed.

Scripture Reading: 1 Corinthians 10:31

ALL: So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.

I Offer My Life’

All that I am, all that I have, I lay them down before You, oh Lord.

All my regrets, all my acclaim,

the joy and the pain, I’m making them Yours.

Lord, I offer my life to You,

everything I’ve been through, use it for Your glory.

Lord, I offer my days to You, lifting my praise to You,

as a pleasing sacrifice, Lord, I offer You my life.

Things in the past, things yet unseen,

wishes and dreams that are yet to come true.

All of my hopes, all of my plans,

my heart and my hands are lifted to You.

Lord, I offer my life to You,

everything I’ve been through, use it for Your glory.

Lord, I offer my days to You, lifting my praise to You,

as a pleasing sacrifice, Lord, I offer You my life.

Lord, I offer You my life. Lord, I offer You my life.
